LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND OPPORTUNITY FOR WRITTEN COMMENT

In accordance with the requirements of the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act and 77 Illinois Adm. Code Part 1130, notice is given of receipt of an Application for Permit to establish a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Savoy, Illinois. Project #26-023, Advocates for Aging Care Long Term Care Facility, Savoy. The Applicants are Advocates for Aging Care and Fayprop, LLC. The Applicants propose to establish a 120-bed LTC facility in 86,875 GSF of newly constructed space on West Old Church Road in Savoy, Illinois. The Project cost is $26,587,816. 

A Public Hearing has been requested and is to be held by the Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board pursuant to the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act.  The Hearing is open to the public and will provide an opportunity for interested parties to present written and/or oral comments relevant to the project.  All allegations or assertions should be relevant to the need for the proposed project and be supported with two copies of documentation or materials that are preferably printed or typed on 8 1/2" by 11" paper.

The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 1:PM at the
