NOTICE OF REVIEW AND OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC HEARING AND WRITTEN COMMENT

Per the requirements of the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act [20 ILCS 3960/], notice is given of receipt to modernize/expand an existing Ambulatory Surgery Treatment Center (ASTC) in Westmont.  Project #25-014, Duly Surgery Center Westmont, Westmont.  Applicants:  Chicago Prostate Cancer Surgery Center, LLC, and Surgery Partners, Inc.  The Applicants propose to modernize/expand their existing ASTC by adding two operating rooms, and six recovery stations, resulting in a facility containing six operating rooms and eighteen recovery stations.  The ASTC is located at 815 Pasquinelli Drive, Westmont.  Project cost: $6,232,755.

The application was deemed substantially complete on April 4, 2025. A copy of the application may be viewed at the Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board (HFSRB) Office at the address below. HFSRB staff must receive requests for hearings by April 21, 2025. The public may also submit written comments on this project. All public written comments must be received by June 4, 2025. HFSRB will post its findings in a HFSRB Staff Report, which will be available via the Internet on June 10, 2025. The public may submit written responses in support of or in opposition to the findings of the HFSRB staff.
