NOTICE OF REVIEW AND OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC HEARING AND WRITTEN COMMENT

Per the requirements of the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act [20 ILCS 3960/], notice is given of receipt to build out shell space at an existing Cancer Care Center in Peoria.  Project #25-045, OSF Healthcare Saint Francis Medical Center Cancer Institute, Peoria.  Applicants: OSF Healthcare System and OSF Healthcare System d/b/a OSF Saint Francis Medical Center.  The Applicants propose to build out 29,383 GSF of shell space at its Cancer Institute, located at 1310 North Missouri Avenue, Peoria.  Project cost: $17,797,440.

The application was deemed substantially complete on November 14, 2025. A copy of the application may be viewed at the Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board (HFSRB) Office at the address below. HFSRB staff must receive requests for hearings by December 1, 2025. The public may also submit written comments on this project. All public written comments must be received by February 6, 2026. HFSRB will post its findings in a HFSRB Staff Report, which will be available via the Internet on February 11, 2026. The public may submit written responses in support of or in opposition to the findings of the HFSRB staff.
