25-040 Arc at Lincoln

NOTICE OF REVIEW AND OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC HEARING AND WRITTEN COMMENT

Per the requirements of the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act [20 ILCS 3960/], notice is given of receipt to establish a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Lincoln.  Project #25-040, Arc at Lincoln, Lincoln.  Applicants: Arcadia Care, Inc., Arc at Lincoln, LLC, and DYD Equities, LLC.  The Applicants propose to establish an 82-bed LTC facility in 56,058 GSF of space, located at 1507 7^th Street, Lincoln.  Project cost: $1,200,000.

This application is considered a Type A Modification. HFSRB staff must receive requests for hearings by March 20, 2026.  The public may also submit written comments on this project. All public written comments must be received by March 25, 2026.  Consideration by HFSRB has been tentatively scheduled for the April 14, 2026, meeting.
