On 9/2/26, HFSRB's rules regarding the Cardiac Catheterization category of service were updated. The changes include revising utilization standards, updating peer review requirements, amending physician referrals, changing the unnecessary duplication of service criterion, and establishing new accreditation standards. In addition, the rules associated with the Organ Transplant and Kidney Transplant categories of service, the Subacute Care Hospital Model, and the Children's Respite Care Center Alternative Health Care Mode  were repealed. These changes were published in the September 18th edition of the Illinois Register. NOTICE OF AN OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT AND REQUEST FOR PUBLIC HEARING

By the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act requirements, notice is given of the receipt of an application for exemption for a change of ownership of Soderstrom Dermatology Center, S.C., dba Peoria Ambulatory Surgery Center, 4909 N Glen Place, Peoria, Illinois. This change of ownership is considered a stock transfer resulting in no change in the licensee(#E-004-25). The licensee is Soderstrom Dermatology Center, S.C., dba Peoria Ambulatory Surgery Center, and the site owner is Store Master Funding XII, LLC.

This exemption application was called substantially complete on June 23, 2025. Written requests (no emails or faxes will be accepted) for a public hearing must be received by the Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board no later than July 8, 2025.
