NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
AND OPPORTUNITY FOR WRITTEN COMMENT

In accordance with the requirements of the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act and 77 Illinois Adm. Code Part 1130, Notice is given of a Public Hearing on the Establishment of Advocate Trinity Hospital, Chicago, Illinois (Project #25-003).

The Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board will hold the Public Hearing under the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act. The Hearing is open to the public and will allow parties interested in the project to present written and/or verbal comments. All allegations or assertions should relate to the need for the proposed project and be supported by two copies of documentation or materials, preferably printed or typed on paper 8 1/2" by 11".

The Hearing will be held on Monday, April 7, 2025, beginning at 2:00 PM
