​LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

AND OPPORTUNITY FOR WRITTEN COMMENT

In accordance with the requirements of the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act and 77 Illinois Adm. Code Part 1130 of the Illinois Health Facilities Services and Review Board, Notice is given of a Public Hearing on an application for exemption for discontinuation of the 20-bed acute mental illness category of service at Javon Bea Hospital- Rockton Avenue Campus, 2400 North Rockton Avenue, Rockford, Illinois .

The Public Hearing is to be held pursuant to the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act (20 ILCS 3960). The Public Hearing is open to the public with the opportunity to present relevant verbal and written comments on the proposed project. The public hearing will be held on

In accordance with COVID 19 recommended guidelines, access to the hearing room will be limited to 20 persons at any given time. Attendees must wear a mask, socially distance and exit the hearing room after speaking to allow others access. ALL GUIDELINES WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
