LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING  AND OPPORTUNITY FOR WRITTEN COMMENT

In accordance with the requirements of the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act and 77 Illinois Adm. Code Part 1130 of the Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board, Notice is given of a Public Hearing on an application for permit for the proposed construction and/or modification project (Project #17-035- Manor Court of Rochelle) from Frances House, Inc., and Residential Alternatives of Illinois, Inc.  The applicants propose to establish a 92-bed Long Term Care facility in 63,593 GSF of newly constructed space, located north of Flagg Road and west of 20th Street, in Rochelle.  The anticipated project cost is $17,646,768.

The Public Hearing is to be held by the Illinois Department of Public Health pursuant to the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act.  The Hearing is open to the public and will afford an opportunity for parties with interest to present written and/or verbal comment relevant to the project.  All allegations or assertions should be relevant to the need for the proposed project and be supported with two copies of documentation or materials that are printed or typed on paper, size 8 1/2" by 11".

The Hearing will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Spring Lake Marina, 121 South 8th Street, Rochelle, Illinois. Public Sign-In will be from 10:45 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
