In accordance with the requirements of the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act, notice is given of the receipt of an application for exemption for a change of ownership of West Suburban Medical Center, 3 Erie Court, Oak Park, Illinois [#E-025-22 and #E-026-22].  This change of ownership is considered a purchase resulting in no change in the current licensee.

A public hearing has been scheduled for April 8, 2022, to be conducted VIRTUALLY by the Staff of the Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board beginning at 10:00am and ending at 12:00pm.  Persons wishing to submit written comments may send them to DPH.HFSRB.PUBLICHEARINGS@Illinois.gov

The two applications are tentatively scheduled to be heard at the June 7, 2022, State Board Meeting. Written comments on these two applications must be submitted to the State Board by Wednesday May 18, 2022.  The State Board Staff will issue a report on these two applications on May 24, 2022.  Comments on the State Board Staff report will be accepted until 9:00 am Monday May 30, 2022.
