24-015 Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital
NOTICE OF REVIEW AND OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC HEARING AND WRITTEN COMMENT
In accordance with the requirements of the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act, notice is given of receipt to modernize and build out space in an Acute Care Hospital in Barrington. Project #24-015, Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital, Barrington. Applicants: Advocate Health, Inc., Advocate Aurora Health, Inc., and Advocate Health and Hospitals Corporation d/b/a Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital. The applicants propose to modernize/build out existing shell space to accommodate Pharmacy and Laboratory services. The hospital is located at 450 West Highway 22, Barrington. Project cost: $26,414,552.
The application was declared complete on May 6, 2024. A copy of the application may be viewed at the Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board Office, at the address below. Requests for hearings must be received by this Agency no later than May 21, 2024. Any person wanting to submit written comments on this project must submit these comments by July 19, 2024.
The State Board will post its findings in a State Board Staff Report, and the report will be made available via the internet on July 25, 2024. The public may submit written responses in support of or in opposition to the findings of the Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board. The public will have until 9:00 am, July 29, 2024.
